UPDATED 1BR *HOUSE* in GLENDALE with PRIVATE FENCED YARD (p55)

Great stay and very accommodating.

I'd never been to LA and was by myself. The main things I was looking for were cleanliness and safety. It checked both boxes. It was very quiet. Within walking distance to a grocery store. Very clean. Updated and new. I would definitely recommend. As many have said the down side is the parking. But everytime I needed to park, I was able to find at least one on the street. Its a short street and the little walk on the sidewalk felt safe and pleasant if you have to. The area outside is not really a good hangout spot. But I didnt book for that. Another reviewer mentioned spiders, so I was a bit freaked out, but I did not see any at all. Lol. It had everything you would need for a short or long stay.

I stayed for a week with my two dogs. The house really couldn’t be lovelier - everything has been thought of and is new and the highest quality. My dogs loved the very secure a large yard. It’s very quiet and comfortable - it truly did feel like my own home by the time I was checking out. Excellent communication with managers. Parking could be a little tricky sometimes but it was truly never a big deal. Close distance to markets (check out the Hye market across the street- it’s awesome!) and coffee shops. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Communication was a bit gard but we got there eventually. Got two 59 tickets parking on street. It is posted when st cleaning is, but signs r under trees- watch out! Bark covering in yard is a mess with hoses laying all over. Nice private unit with great markets and pastry shops. Very safe feelng area.

We needed a place to stay after the fires and this house worked great. The owners were very communicative and gave a lot of information regarding our stay. The house is small but cute and was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and a small yard for our dog. There were lots of towels and new mini toiletries, which was helpful with four people. The only drawback is the street has a lot of traffic and parking can be tough. Otherwise, highly recommend for a convenient location in Glendale!
