URBAN OASIS: NOHO 3BR RENOVATED IN 2022 w/ ARCADE, PATIO & OUTDOOR SEATING (p46)

This conveniently located house has been nicely renovated. It is close to Burbank, North Hollywood and Toluca Lake, the neighborhood is pleasant for walking and it is near several freeways. It has three nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full complement of appliances including a washer and dryer. It has a pleasant patio with a good gas barbecue as well. The two of us and our Irish setter enjoyed our two month stay. Dog walking was convenient. We discovered a big park about a mile away and we frequently drove to Griffith Park, about 15 minutes via freeway, with its miles of trails. The management team was very responsive, usually within minutes, and provided everything we requested. We highly recommend this property.
