FULLY RENOVATED 2BR HOME with HOT TUB & PRIVATE FENCED YARD/PATIO near NOHO ARTS DISTRICT (p42)

We stayed for a month. The positive thing I will say is, they were very responsive, and the place was clean. Now for the biggest issue, you should be aware that the Jacuzzi is located in the front yard and does not make it comfortable as the neighbors across the street can look down and have a clear view. It is not so private .Which is awkward And the beds are not very comfortable We stayed with our dog and always had to be aware of the other people going in and out.from the 2 back houses . So when you let him out, we had to make sure he went right into the front yard so we were unable to freely let him out , which we eventually became used to, but was not as convenient Other than that, it worked for what we needed
