Cali trip
House was spacious for our family and is very clean. They had construction going at the back of the property, however that didn’t bother us one bit. The construction crew was polite and the owners were great at communicating. Love that this property was gated and we felt safe. We would stay there again when we visit.

Beautiful and comfortable
Great location for where we needed to be. The home was as described online and met all of our expectations. Was a little confused on getting into the property to begin with and reread the directions from the host and figured it out. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Only drawback was not enough towels, can always use more towels.

Exactly what we needed for our trip!
This place was perfect for us. Right near Burbank airport and near our friends who live in north Hollywood. We were out most of the day so we just needed a clean place to sleep each night. Host was really great at communicating throughout the whole stay and was very considerate!

Was planning on leaving a better review for not only the property, but for the management company as well. However, I couldn't bring myself to do it after the past week.
For starters: I initially booked a one bedroom unit in a different location, but due to construction was moved to a 2br. Great! Less than 48 hours before check-in I'm asked to move again. Told them that wasn't acceptable, but if given no choice, fine.10 hours before check-in we are told everything was good, the 2br was good to go.
Arrived at the property around 4:30 p.m. Entered the property were shocked. Unit was FILTHY. Not just a little dirty, filthy. Dishes in the sink, booze bottles on the counters, moldy food in the fridge, urine/hair in the bathroom, bedrooms left disgusting, and broken items throughout. Immediately called the rental company to no avail-they called back about 10 minutes later and said they were sending someone out to clean right away and would call me back. Waited 30 minutes before I called them again and were told folks were on the way to clean. The people arrived, did an amazing job cleaning, but we weren't able to move in until around 8:30 p.m. 4 hours after we arrived. Was told as an apology, our cleaning fee would be refunded. After a few days (after check out) I emailed and was told the account dept. would get back to me-that was 5 days ago. ..Still no refund.
Terrible experience. Will be reporting to VRBO and Expedia and if necessary contacting my credit card.

Family time
Host was excellent. Apartment was clean. Stained carpet was a bit off putting. Parking and smoke alarm issue resolved promptly. A/c was excellent and the weather was HOT so that was great
