FULLY RENOVATED 2BR HOME w/ PRIVATE FENCED YARD/PATIO, PARKING & EV-CHARGER p43

House was spacious for our family and is very clean. They had construction going at the back of the property, however that didn’t bother us one bit. The construction crew was polite and the owners were great at communicating. Love that this property was gated and we felt safe. We would stay there again when we visit.

Great location for where we needed to be. The home was as described online and met all of our expectations. Was a little confused on getting into the property to begin with and reread the directions from the host and figured it out. Thanks for a lovely and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Only drawback was not enough towels, can always use more towels.

This place was perfect for us. Right near Burbank airport and near our friends who live in north Hollywood. We were out most of the day so we just needed a clean place to sleep each night. Host was really great at communicating throughout the whole stay and was very considerate!

Host was excellent. Apartment was clean. Stained carpet was a bit off putting. Parking and smoke alarm issue resolved promptly. A/c was excellent and the weather was HOT so that was great

Our trip to California was unplanned so we weren't sure what to expect with last minute reservations. However, this place was perfect! Check in process was seamless. The house was very clean. We were able to save money by grocery shopping and cooking our meals. The fully equipped kitchen was so nice, as well as the full-size refrigerator. Loved having a washer and dryer. There was a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, so we didn't have to fight on what to watch. The bathroom was a nice size, and the shower pressure was wonderful! One of the best parts of this house was having a parking spot in the driveway and not on the street. Coming in and out at night felt safe and the lighting to the rear house was just right. A nice bonus was the patio. It was a nice area that had a privacy fence with a table and chairs, as well as a grill, however, we didn't cook outside. The weather was nice at night to sit out and relax under the hanging lights. I would highly recommend this house for your next trip!
