Everything was clean and exactly as advertised in the listing. The property was in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and made us aware of everything we needed to do as guests.

Property is clean, safe, quiet and we really enjoyed the time there. The owner is responsive and helpful... even brought over new knives and pans. The upstairs BBQ and deck was fantastic. wish it had been a warmer week so we could have enjoyed that space too.

The cleanliness and comfort really stood out. It was convenient to contact the host the two times we had a question.

The host company was very responsive to messages. The property was easy to find and there is parking inside a gated entry for two vehicles. The bathrooms are all remodeled and decent size for each bedroom. The bed frame upstairs needs to be adjusted to prevent creaking, but that's the only negative about the property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Plus they offer a coffee pot, kettle, and Keurig for those of us who need coffee to start the day. We were a group of 5 celebrating the Christmas holiday and this location was close to WB studios, Universal, Petersen Automotive Museum, and tons of shopping and restaurants. This property also features a covered outdoor space with a grill, seating, and heater for the winter months.

Everything was great. The place was as pictured, clean, and in a good location. The host was quick to respond to our questions and available by phone and thru the Vrbo app.
