Amazing Customer service! I stayed with Zanoza Homes in North Hollywood for two months while relocating for work and had a great overall experience. The place was clean, safe, and fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking, laundry, and daily life. The area looks a little sketchy at first, but the property is tucked away in the back, and as a woman staying alone, I always felt safe! Parking can be tricky, so read the street-cleaning signs carefully. I stayed in a downstairs unit and could hear everything from upstairs, so if you’re upstairs, please be mindful of that! If you’re downstairs like I was, turning on the fan or some music helps with white noise. Overall, I felt completely safe, loved the smart lock system, and appreciated how smooth and stress-free my stay was. It’s a great short-term housing option, especially for anyone new to the area or relocating for work. Honestly the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the Amazing customer service! They were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
